We have recently completed our 4.100 sq.ft. event and conference facility “EVENT PUNKT“ with a licensed capacity of up to 400 guests. Located in the city of Wuppertal - famous for the ingenious and unique "Schwebebahn" public transportation system - in the heart of  Germany´s industrial centre of Northrhine-Westphalia, we are easily accessable from major trade shows at the cities of Dusseldorf (16 miles), Cologne (30 miles), Essen (16 miles) and Dortmund (30 miles).

Our infrastructure connectivity is excellent, with the nearest exit on the A46 motorway one minute away, giving easy and convenient access to the German Autobahn network leaving the international Airport of Dusseldorf only 20 minutes drive away.

“EVENT PUNKT” is specialized to host companies, associations and institutions for their receptions, conferences, private exhibitions and business meetings with customers, suppliers or representatives. 

We feature an additional 2,200 sq.ft. reception lounge in addition to the 4.100 sq.ft. main conference facility. This allows your event setup to be as flexible as possible with pre-event receptions, drinks or lunch to be arranged without disturbing your lecture, presentation or simply preparations for the next phase of the event.

Original paintings by the Dusseldorf Artist Werner Opitz in lounge and hall provide a pleasant atmosphere for every meeting. The conference room gets a lot of daylight from its 135' window front with curtains.

“EVENT PUNKT” is equipped with most modern security devices and fire protection with three exits, and emergency lighting.

We pride ourselves in offering the latest in communicarion and presentation technology to your event. We can reconfigure and cutomize our conference hall to meet your specific needs with a 7' by 21' stage, WIFI-Beamer withe screen, 46" HDTV, internet, computers, and a power amplifier system with wireless microphones and speakers. “EVENT PUNKT” offers in-house catering, with the full range from gourmet 7 cours menues to busuness lunch and buffets to fingerfood.

We are fully licenced and able to offer choice wines, champagne, high quality German draft beer from a private brewery. We also stock a wide range of spirits and liqueurs.

Our beverages selection is rounded off by a large selection of non-alcoholic soft drinks and coffee and teas specialities. Our highly trained and friedly personnel are committed to make your event a memorable and unforgettable experience.
